Maggie is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Concordia University Wisconsin and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Hofstra University.
Maggie is passionate about supporting individuals, adolescents, and couples as they navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. She is trained in the Gottman Method for Transforming Relationships and incorporates evidence-based practices to help couples strengthen communication, deepen connection, and build healthier patterns.
With nearly a decade of experience in the field of addiction as a Licensed Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, Maggie brings a comprehensive understanding of the complexities surrounding mental health and substance use. She has worked with a wide range of clients and is committed to reducing stigma and creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic space.
Maggie draws from modalities such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). She is also a certified anger management professional and has completed specialized workshops in trauma and memory, enhancing her ability to support clients in their healing and personal growth.
